Why This Role Is Valuable 

 

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from initiation to successful completion using custom Revantage Project Management Framework (GPM). The role will also contribute to PMO activities such as project portfolio planning, resource and finance management as well as consolidated reporting.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation according to custom Revantage Project Management Framework (GPM);
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget;
  • Lead, mentor, and manage project team members, including assigning tasks and responsibilities;
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment;
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders;
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management;
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. 

Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies;
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Ensure risk management processes are in place and adhered to by the project team. 

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets;
  • Track project costs and ensure budget compliance;
  • Report on project financial performance to senior management. 

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders;
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations;
  • Contribute to PMO reporting function.

Qualifications

What You Bring To The Role 

 

Technical skills :

  • Relevant experience in Project Management, including MS Project or similar;
  • Excellent with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications;
  • Experience with Jira or similar;
  • Adequate UML knowledge
  • Experience with information technology migrations and integrations;
  • Experience in full life cycle of complex software deployment projects;
  • Sufficient familiarity with Business Analyst skill set;
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution;
  • Sufficient Six Sigma knowledge.

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects;
  • Relevant Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree;
  • Certification and continuous education in at least one of the Project Management Methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile...) as well as Business Analysis accreditations.

Soft skills :

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • Strong writing and presentation skills;
  • Strong creative thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills;
  • Strong ability to zoom from big picture to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment;
  • Ability to direct collaborative efforts of multiple teams.

Other: 

  • Experience with appropriate organization complexity and size;
  • Experience in a financial environment, Real Estate is a strong asset.
