• Oversee IT services and infrastructure of the offices (Audio-Video/Telephony/Printing/Network/Telco …)
• Supervise Microsoft 365 platform (tenant configuration, Endpoint manager, SharePoint, power platform, …)
• Monitor workplace and digital employee experience
• Collect and understand users’ needs to provide technical answers
• Evangelize, implement and maintain innovative technologies to guarantee best in class user’s "at the office" or "remote" experience
• Actively participate in End-User technology service offering and strategy definition
• Collaborate with Facilities team to maintain a consistent workspace experience
• Collaborate with peers from other regions to achieve common goals and smooth technical collaboration between all company entities
• Document corporate standards which define Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 governance
• Develop operational dashboards/reports to monitor Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Contribute to projects/initiatives and ensure the knowledge transfer to the support teams (L1/L2)
• Manage relationship with suppliers

What You Bring To The Role

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Bachelor Degree Or Higher education required
• Fluent English. French will be an advantage
• Good understanding of Office Infrastructure Technologies (Network, Wifi, AV/VC, IoT, secure Print)
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 products (Exchange online, SharePoint online, Endpoint manager) and Security solutions (Defender for Endpoint & Cloud app)
• Experience in managing application virtualization and VDI environment (MS AVD, MS W365, …)
• Good experience of Logitech (teams & zoom room …) and Clickshare AV solutions
• Familiar with DRP and BCP concepts and solutions (ASR, Metallic Commvault, …)
• Good knowledge in scripting language (PowerShell,…)
• ITIL v3 foundation certified
• Knowledge of Microsoft “Multi-Tenant-Organization” feature is a plus
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud Technologies and be familiar with MS Secure Scores is a plus
• Understanding of MS Power Platform (Automate, Power BI, …) is a plus
• Any Microsoft and/or Cisco Certifications are considered as a plus
• Any experience in Information Security management is a plus
