Why This Role Is Valuable

The role serves as a bridge between raw data and actionable business insights. Applies tools and techniques for business analysis to summarize and present insights in the most appropriate format. Expected to effectively communicate with management and stakeholders, aiding them in comprehending business needs, identifying pain points and inefficiencies, and leveraging data for strategic business decisions.

The roles and responsibilities to be assumed by the Employee include, but are not limited to, the following:  

• Write queries to extract data from warehouses, implement views for business consumption; (Snowflake, Azure DevOps, SQL) 
• Advanced analytics reporting and understanding of engineering processes and business processes
• Familiarity of core Real Estate concepts and investment process 
• 1+ years of experience with ETL pipelines and Dashboarding (Power BI)
• Strong Statistical foundation and application
• Ability to communicate trends, build visuals to reflect financial performance insights
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other organisational leaders to identify opportunities 
• Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of data analysis process and replicate the analysis if necessary

What You Bring To The Role    

• 2 years relevant professional experience
• Degree in Engineering or  Hard Sciences
• Fluency in English (verbally and in writing) – any other language is an advantage
• Statistics, Mathematics, Finance & Accounting usage and experience
• Strong SQL skills with preferably some python experience (2+ years)
• Result oriented and Problem Solving initiative
• Financial knowledge and understanding of core investment themes
• Dashboarding and report building
• Team player
