Responsibilities

Capability & Process Mapping

  • Develop and maintain visual representations of the organisation's capabilities and processes, including data flows and how they relate to each other, to provide a view and a common language of the organisation that both business and technology can understand and leverage to facilitate operating model assessments and strategic planning.

Business Analysis Planning

  • Plan and estimate business analysis tasks, including, but not limited to, requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.

Investigate Business Problems & Opportunities

These changes could involve modifying processes, improving information flow, enhancing technology, or restructuring organisational aspects.

Strategic Planning & Solution Design

  • Support strategic analysis and planning, provide a broader and holistic perspective on change, and assess proposed initiatives' feasibility and potential impact while considering the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation, ensuring everyone's perspectives are considered and addressed. Ensure continuous communication and act as a liaison between business and technical teams by planning and facilitating workshops and meetings. Help stakeholders identify problems, understand needs and guide them through the decision-making and change management processes.

Support Business Case Development

  • Help define and present business and technical options that address specific business objectives, including the costs, benefits, risks, and impacts of each option, to help senior stakeholders make informed decisions.

Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a unifying force in driving organisational change by fostering collaboration across different business functions to break down silos and ensure that transformation efforts are holistic and integrated, maximising their impact across the organisation.

Performance Monitoring & Optimisation

  • Support monitoring the performance of change efforts and transformation initiatives, identifying areas for optimisation and realignment.

Project Management Delivery

  • Participate in projects and perform BA lifecycle activities, including assist in planning, coordinating, and executing user testing efforts to ensure that solutions meet business needs and user expectations.
