Why This Role Is Valuable 

This position will report directly to the Executive Management Office of Revantage Europe and will play a crucial role in providing essential and strategic support through a variety of tasks including investment board meeting preparation and enterprise analytics. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and a variety of stakeholders.  

Responsibilities

Reporting to: Executive Management (Managing Directors) 

 

Investment Board Meetings:

  • Gather, analyse, and summarize data, reports, and documents prepared for the Investment Board Meetings, filtering and prioritizing information for the Managing Directors.
  • Based on your business analyses, draft concise summaries and ensure that Managing Directors have access to the relevant and timely information in advance of the Investment Board Meetings.
  • Prepare sets of relevant questions for board meeting discussions to ensure thorough evaluation of investment opportunities and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the Transactions Team to understand upcoming transactions and prepare summaries for the Managing Directors.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Directors, other board members and stakeholders.
  • Propose and implement processes to facilitate the flow of information within the boards.

 

Enterprise analytics and support to the Executive Management:

  • Analyse enterprise information and reports provided by the FP&A teams and develop consistent insights.
  • Liaise closely with the Strategic Initiatives team to understand the progress of ongoing initiatives and their impact on the enterprise.
  • Draft and proofread visually compelling presentations to enable the Executive Management to make data-driven business decisions and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Management, other members of the Senior Leadership Team and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

What You Bring To The Role

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in a relevant role or completion of a couple of meaningful internships in a similar capacity.
  • Sound business understanding with a keen interest to deepen knowledge on Real Estate and related transactions.
  • Maturity to work with executive stakeholders: demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working on sensitive business and organizational issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Fluent (native speaker level) in English with excellent written and verbal Business communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating the ability to create high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
