Why This Role Is Valuable 

Your role is to support the Business transformation team with various administrative duties.   

The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support the team with the preparation and documentation of processes according to business requirements
• Suggest improvements on current processes
• Prepare various communication supports for internal and external meetings
• Organise and/or lead training on new processes
• Participate to the completion of specific projects
• Handle ad-hoc requests

 What You Bring to the Role

• Currently in the final year of studies, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics/Data
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus
• Analytical skills and critical mindset
• Problem solving
• Curiosity and innovation
• Process documentation and reengineering experiences (Lean Six Sigma, BPM…)
• Proficiency with MS Office standard applications
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
