Why This Role Is Valuable 

The role serves as a bridge between raw data and actionable business insights. Applies tools and techniques for business analysis to summarise and present insights in the most appropriate format. Expected to effectively communicate with management and stakeholders, aiding them in comprehending business needs, identifying pain points and inefficiencies, and leveraging data for strategic business decisions.

• Collaborate with Revantage and Blackstone teams to identify data-related opportunities and challenges, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovations
• Conduct ad hoc data analyses to address specific business inquiries and provide actionable insights promptly
• Work closely with business teams and data engineers and scientists to ensure data flows seamlessly from various sources and assist in implementing sophisticated data analyses
• Write queries to extract data from warehouses, implement views for business consumption;
• Assisting with the preparation of dashboards and report building
• Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of data analysis process and replicate the analysis if necessary

What You Bring To The Role

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of professional data experience
• Strong SQL skills (mandatory) with preferably some Python experience (2+ years)
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Skills in conducting requirements and process analyses
• Knowledgeable or willingness to learn data management and governance practices and principles
• Ideally have a background in Real Estate, Finance or Logistics
• Intellectual curiosity and integrity
