Why This Role Is Valuable

 

Your role is to support the Head of Department and the Legal & Compliance (L&C) team with a variety of different duties.

Responsibilities

  • Weekly preparation and coordination of director absence Powers of Attorney; 
  • Supporting on legalisation, notarisation and apostille processes, including coordination of signatures, courier arrangements and document tracking. 
  • Assisting with statutory filings with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS);
  • Ordering and retrieval of trade register extracts and maintaining proper records;
  • Supporting  with the execution for recurring governance actions, including documentation preparation and follow‑up;
  • Providing audit support, including the preparation and coordination of confirmation letters, often across extended audit periods.

Qualifications

What You Bring To The Role

  • Total proficiency with MS Office standard applications;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience dealing with databases and review of data;
  • Ability to work independently as well as demonstrate team spirit;
  • Able to take direction and ask questions;
  • Fluent English, any other language will be an advantage.
